1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Shahbid Hussain's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding contract between you (the Client) and Shahbid Hussain (the Developer).
2. Services Provided
- Custom web development (PHP, Laravel, WordPress, etc.)
- CMS systems (Restaurant, Hotel, School Management)
- SEO optimization and Google ranking services
- Hosting and VPS management
- Payment gateway integration
- Custom business applications
3. Payment Terms
- Starter: 50% upfront, 50% on completion
- Business Pro: 40% upfront, 30% milestone, 30% completion
- Enterprise: As per project agreement
- Payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise
- All payments in USD or MYR (as agreed)
- 7-day grace period for payments
4. Project Timeline
- Timelines provided in proposals are estimates
- Delays due to client feedback > 48hrs extend timeline
- 3 rounds of revisions included (additional at $50/hr)
- Projects delivered via Git or hosting panel
5. Ownership & Rights
- Client owns final product upon full payment
- Developer retains right to showcase in portfolio
- Source code provided (except 3rd party plugins)
- Client responsible for content & legal compliance
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Upfront payments non-refundable
- Projects < 25% complete: 50% refund
- Projects > 25% complete: No refunds
- 14-day cooling period for new projects
7. Maintenance & Support
- 30 days free bug fixes post-launch
- 24/7 emergency support for live projects
- Monthly maintenance: $99/month
- SEO services: 3 months minimum commitment
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur. Developer reserves right to modify terms with 30 days notice.
Acceptance: By making payment or starting project, you accept these terms.
